- The Main Campus on State Road 436 and the Early Childhood Campus on Grand Avenue are temporary facilities. We have recently purchased property in Casselberry for our permanent campus and plan to move in the fall of 2009.

- Students entering Pre-K or Kindergarten must be 4 or 5 years old, respectively, by Sept. 1.

- Students in all grades attend school Monday through Friday.
- Pre-K: 8:30 am–1:30 pm. (For the first few weeks of school prior to Labor Day, Pre-K students are dismissed at 12:00 pm.)
- Kindergarten: 8:30 am–2:30 pm. (For the first few weeks of school prior to Labor Day, Kindergarten students are dismissed at 1:00 pm.)
- Grades 1–6: 8:15 am–3:00 pm
- Grades 7–12: 7:55 am–2:45 pm
- Students should arrive at school at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time for class to begin. Students in grades 7–12 should arrive at school no earlier than 7:40 am. Grammar school students should arrive no earlier than 7:45 am.

- Aftercare is offered for students in grades Pre-K–6 every day after school until 5:30 pm with two exceptions: (1) on days with early dismissals Aftercare is not offered at all and (2) it is only offered until 3:30 pm for Pre-K and Kindergarten students during the first few weeks of school prior to Labor Day (after Labor Day it is offered until 5:30 pm).
- Aftercare is offered on an as-needed basis. However, those families who know they will use it on a regular basis are asked to notify us at the beginning of the year on a form which is given to all families.
- Parents are charged on an hourly basis for the use of aftercare (please refer to the Aftercare page for the Aftercare fee schedule). These charges are automatically billed to families each month.

- The Geneva School does not provide transportation for its students. Parents are encouraged, however, to carpool with one another so as to consolidate driving time and to limit the number of cars going through the carpool line.

- For students in grades Pre-K–12, The Geneva School offers an optional lunch program in cooperation with several local vendors. Lunches are ordered and paid for in advance on a monthly basis. Students bring lunch from home on days they have not ordered a lunch.
