Here are a few ideas to get you started. More ideas will be coming to you. Try to think out of the box, and have fun!
Remember, you won’t know who will give until you ask. All donations of items, goods, or services are tax-deductible.
- Tickets to sporting events
- Gift cards to restaurants & retail shops
- An evening of babysitting from a Dialectic or Rhetoric student
- Personal services—gift certificates for haircuts, massage, manicure/pedicure
- New items—designer handbags/luggage, wallets
- Personally made items—handmade children’s furniture
- Lunch for a class with a celebrity/role model
- Use of personal talents (yours or your friends)—personal chef, carpenter, painter, tile work, lawn service, pool care service, dry cleaning, and the list goes on
- Limo service, travel vouchers, frequent flyer miles
- Themed basket, bucket, or box
- Host a birthday tea party for young ladies or a pool party for boys
- Host a dinner in your home

Please use the Donation Form and Solicitation Letter to solicit donations and introduce potential donors to The Geneva School.
Please turn in completed donation forms and any items you procure to the school (either campus is fine) no later than February 19, 2010.
