Ruth Bingham

In 2010, Ruth Bingham joined the early childhood program as a Pre-K teacher. Her previous experience included six years of teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten, three years teaching third grade at TGS, and sixyears homeschooling her daughters. Mrs. Bingham earned a degree in Christian Education from The King’s College.

Julie Brielmaier

Julie Brielmaier joined the Geneva faculty at the early childhood campus in 2011 and teaches kindergarten. Mrs. Brielmaier came to Geneva with seven years of experience—four years teaching preschool and, prior to staying home with her two children, three years teaching kindergarten and first grade in the public schools. A Florida native, Mrs. Brielmaier is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education.

Ellen Geer

Ellen Geer has taught Kindergarten at The Geneva School since 2010. She previously taught Pre-K for 16 years, 3 of those at Geneva. A native of New Jersey, Ms. Geer received her B.S. in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech before settling in Florida.

Leigh O’Donoghue

Leigh O’Donoghue has taught kindergarten at TGS since 2005. Mrs. O’Donoghue graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.A. in English and has been continuing her education in Early Childhood with graduate courses at Rollins College and online with PBS TeacherLine.

Lorrie Stewart

Lorrie Stewart

Lorrie Stewart teaches Pre-K at the Early Childhood Campus. She received her degree in Elementary Education (K-6) from the University of Central Florida and is certified in Early Childhood. Mrs. Stewart is a native Floridian and taught Kindergarten for four years in the public school system before serving as Kindergarten teacher assistant for three years at Geneva. She helped to create the Pre-K program and has currently taught Pre-K since 2003.
