The Barnes & Noble Bookfair on Saturday, November 17, is a fun community fundraiser hosted by Barnes & Noble on East Colonial Drive. During the day grammar school students as well as the rhetoric drama class will perform. Student artwork and photography will also be on display. Please invite your friends and relatives to join us between 9:30am & 2:00 pm.
Barnes & Noble will donate a portion of purchases made on November 17 & 18 using a TGS Bookfair Voucher (excluding gift cards, membership cards, and cafe consumables) to the school. Anyone presenting a TGS voucher at check out will have their purchases count toward our cumulative total for the weekend—not just Geneva families. So, please encourage your friends and extended family members to come out and shop using our voucher.
Additionally, cheesecakes from the Cheesecake Factory will be available to pre-order from Deb Scholz at school or from Barnes and Noble—perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner. You may choose from the following: Carrot Cake, Godiva Double Chocolate, Pumpkin, and Original. The cakes will be ready for pick up the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at Barnes and Noble. These sales also apply toward our weekend totals. Order forms will be available soon.
This is a wonderful opportunity to begin your Christmas shopping, to make a contribution to the school, and to let the community see what our school is all about!
