Geneva’s basketball program starts in kindergarten and continues up through high school. It provides the opportunity for students to be competitive while learning discipline, hard work, and goal setting. Athletes learn to lose with grace, and win with humility while mastering the fundamental and advanced stages of the game of basketball.

Bill Ledbetter, Geneva’s highly-regarded girls varsity basketball head coach, will direct this intense, but fun four-day camp intended to teach the fundamentals of the game. Coach Ledbetter and his talented staff will focus on proper ball-handling, passing, shooting, and defensive play. If you know the coach, you know you can expect energy, enthusiasm, and excellence from him. He will expect the same from you! The camp fee includes awards and a camp T-shirt.

This instructional camp is designed to accommodate players with varying levels of skill. Geneva’s new Lady Knight's coach, Rob Coleman will lead this camp and concentrate on the fundamentals of the game (passing, dribbling, shooting, and ball control) through games and fun activities. It will be a great opportunity for players to improve their game and consequently to find greater enjoyment in the great game of soccer. |

The girls volleyball program at Geneva continues to grow! The varsityteam were District Champions and Regional Runners-up in 2007 – an outstanding season and a testimony to the dedication of the girls and their coach. Geneva’s volleyball camps are a fun way to help players develop fundamental skills, bond with other players, and develop self-confidence in a safe environment. Geneva offers volleyball in the fall for girls in grades 5-12 and in the spring for girls in grades 3 & 4.

This camp is specifically designed for individuals who have played volleyball before at a competitive level. Volleyball head coach Hollie Bates will lead this four-day camp and focus primarily on position development and team strategies. This camp is designed to provide players with a greater understanding and ability to execute commonly known volleyball systems. Drills will center around offensive and defensive techniques that may be applied to any volleyball program. Individuals not attending Geneva are welcome, as all will gain valuable experience. The camp will involve playing in several games at the Master’s Academy, so players are able to demonstrate what they have learned. The camp fee includes lunch, camp awards, and the summer league fee.

Volleyball Skills (Girls in Grades 3–5 & Grades 6–8)
Volleyball head coach, Hollie Bates, and her staff will direct this four-day camp designed to establish proper technique among the beginning players and refine the skills of the more advanced players. Through drills and scrimmage games, the staff will teach serving, passing, setting, and spiking. This camp is designed to be beneficial for players of all skill levels. Be prepared and determined to get better! If you hope to play volleyball at Geneva next fall year, plan to come to camp. The camp fee includes a T-shirt and awards. |

At Geneva, the primary purpose of grammar school sports is to provide students in grades K–6 opportunities to develop and enhance their God given talents, and in doing so bring honor and glory to the Lord. The benefits of playing sports include:
- building an appreciation of personal health and fitness
- developing a positive self image
- learning how to work as part of a team
- developing social skills with other children and adults (such as taking turns and sharing playing time)
- learning how to manage both success and disappointment
- learning how to respect teammates and coaches
- building school spirit
Coaches teach players the fundamental skills, techniques, and rules of each sport while promoting Godly character and sportsmanship. The Geneva School’s athletic teams will always strive toward victory, but never at the expense of our Christian values.

Fun will be the name of the game at Coach Harger’s four-day Multi-Sports camp for Kindergarten through second-grade boys and girls. The youngsters will learn the basic skills of basketball, volleyball, soccer, and baseball/softball over the first three days. Then on the final day of camp, they will take what they have learned and put it to use in a variety of fun and exciting games. They will work hard to improve their skills and have a blast doing it. The camp fee includes a snack each day, awards, and a camp T-shirt.
