Kathleen Williams joined The Geneva School business office in 2026 as an accountant. After graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor's in business administration, she spent many years in administrative roles at the University of Central Florida, supporting faculty and staff through executive-level administrative support, event coordination, and office management. Her background also spans higher education, nonprofit organizations, and insurance, giving her a strong foundation in organization, attention to detail, and customer service.
Kathleen and her husband, Chris, have two children, Elizabeth and CJ. She is a member of Willow Creek Church. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys knitting, crocheting, reading, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, and taking cruises with family and friends whenever she has the opportunity.
