Melissa Blyth joined the staff of The Geneva School in the fall of 2013 shortly after her kids were enrolled in the school. Melissa enjoys interacting with students and their families as part of the advancement team: greeting visitors at reception, bringing joy to our guests with her welcoming and warm smile, and fulfilling orders from the school store. One of the many highlights of her week is helping to lead music in chapel; watching students use their musical gifts to worship the Lord is a satisfying extension of her own love of music and worship.
Melissa earned her degree from North American Baptist College in Edmonton, Canada. Born and raised in Canada, Melissa and her family moved to the Orlando area in 2011 and are still enjoying all the unexpected surprises of Florida (like black bears in their backyard).
She is so thankful for Geneva and the experience that the school gave her children, Jack (class of 2018) and Natalie (class of 2020). In her spare time, you might find Melissa teaching private music lessons, running, taking pictures, and spending time with family and friends.
