Natalie Kitts joined The Geneva School fourth grade teaching team in 2025, bringing nearly fifteen years of educational leadership experience. In 2026 she assumed the position of lead teacher in fourth grade. Prior to coming to Geneva, she served in progressively responsible roles including instructor, curriculum coordinator, and instructional leader, where she enhanced student achievement through strengthened literacy instruction and comprehensive faculty development.

Natalie holds an MS in educational leadership and advanced certifications in English language arts, ESOL, and reading instruction. Her expertise spans curriculum development, effective pedagogical methods, and building strong learning communities. Throughout her career, Natalie has demonstrated exceptional leadership in improving literacy outcomes, mentoring educators, and implementing proven instructional approaches that foster both academic growth and character development.

Natalie believes education is a calling to cultivate in students excellence, wisdom, and a genuine love of learning. She is passionate about creating environments where students develop critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and moral character. Natalie considers it a privilege to contribute her expertise to the Geneva community and partner with families in guiding students’ intellectual and personal growth.

Natalie spends her time outside of the classroom with her husband and their children, enjoying family movie nights and travel adventures, exploring new places, and serving at their local church. Natalie cherishes the everyday moments spent with those closest to her and finds great joy in laughter and love.
