Executive Assistant to the Headmaster
Pam Christy serves alongside Headmaster Russ Kapusinski as his executive assistant. She earned her bachelor’s degree in office administration and a master’s degree in counseling from Bob Jones University. Pam looks back over the years and marvels at how God has prepared her for such a time as this. She has years of experience in office and project management and has also served at Geneva since 2023. Her motto has always been to bring glory to God in all that she does and wherever he places her.
After researching private education options across the country, Pam and her husband, Shaun, moved from Pennsylvania to Florida in 2018 in order to educate their two children, Marietta (TGS Class of ’30) and Micah (TGS Class of ’34) at The Geneva School. The Christy family counts it a privilege to be a part of the Geneva community that not only helps instill a love of learning but also comes alongside families to direct hearts toward the love of God and others.
When not working, Pam and her family enjoy bike riding, walking, reading, and time spent with family and friends. The Christy family has been blessed to attend Orlando Grace Church since arriving in Florida.
