Allison Hendrix
Alumni & Community Coordinator
After joining the Geneva family as a parent in 2006, Alli joined the TGS advancement team as the alumni & community coordinator in September 2022. She has been a heavily involved parent, cross country and track coach, substitute teacher, and volunteer for seventeen years before stepping into this role. She has a big heart for the TGS community and is excited to develop that in this next season.
Alli was born and raised in Miami (and even met her husband in her seventh grade history class). She received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where she studied psychology and art history with a minor in women’s studies. She had the opportunity to continue her education at Capernwray Bible College in northern England where she received a certification in biblical studies. Upon graduation, Alli moved to Atlanta where she had a solid career in finance and administration with Morgan Stanley-Smith Barney. After she began having children, she stepped away from the office, and in 2004 she and her family relocated to Orlando.
During her years at home with her children, Alli became involved and traveled internationally with International Justice Mission, whose purpose is to fight against modern slavery and human trafficking. She also became a writer/blogger with an online ministry to encourage women. Most recently, Alli cofounded and runs a nonprofit called Eyes Up, whose mission is to support and serve families and communities by offering hope and encouragement amid mental, emotional, physical, and financial struggles.
Alli’s three children all began their Geneva careers in K4: Lily (’20), Campbell (’24), and Palmer (’25). Her husband, Jimmy, served on the TGS board from 2015–2020. For fun, Alli enjoys walks with their golden retriever, Wesley, having a house full of teenagers, and studying holistic nutrition as it pertains to health and disease. The Hendrix family worships together at Grace Church.
