AnnMarie Hamilton has a deep love of story and what some may call an unusual passion for grammar— she will never abandon the Oxford comma! She has 15+ years’ experience teaching and guiding students through high school rhetoric, journalism, and middle school writing at The Geneva School. She received her BA in studies in the arts from a liberal arts school, the Richard Stockton College of NJ, and also studied at Princeton Theological Seminary’s Institute for Youth Ministry in their Certificate Program of Youth & Theology. She earned her master’s from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications. She has one son, who was classically educated (TGS '24) and is now a junior at Hillsdale College. AnnMarie is married to her beloved U.S. Army combat veteran and personal hero.
A former Florida archery state medalist, she is a level 3 USA Archery certified coach, a certified judge, has 10+ years of shooting experience, and has coached both individual and team archery national champions. When she’s not reading, hunting, or fishing, AnnMarie can be found enthusiastically cheering as she watches sports. She loves mentoring students and pointing them to Jesus.
