Celine joined Geneva’s fifth grade teaching team in 2024, bringing over nineteen years of teaching experience. After college, she initially taught fourth grade, and she has also taught in grade levels from preschool to sixth grade. Her passion lies in mathematics, and she finds joy in supporting others as they grasp the beauty of math because she strongly believes that math is fun.
Celine was born in Hong Kong but grew up in Florida. She is fluent in Cantonese and is proficient in reading and writing Chinese. In 2004, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She further completed her master’s degree in instructional technology from Barry University in 2011. She also holds a certification in middle school mathematics and has endorsements in ESOL and reading.
Celine has been happily married to her husband, Jeff, since 2012. They are proud parents of two daughters, who are both enrolled at Geneva: Avalyn (class of ’33) and Everly (class of ’35). In her leisure time, Celine enjoys reading, crocheting, and exploring new restaurants with her family and friends. Celine and her family are active members of East Coast Believers Church in Oviedo.
