School Nurse
Sarah Fulginiti began serving the Geneva community as a substitute school nurse in 2022. In 2023, she took on the position of upper school nurse. She currently works fours days a week in the upper school clinic and one day a week in the grammar school clinic. She delights in the opportunity to care for the health needs of Geneva students and employees.
Sarah graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 1988 with a BS in nursing. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings ranging from in- and out-patient oncology to a crisis pregnancy clinic. Sarah took many years off from her nursing career to pursue her calling as a stay-at-home (and sometimes homeschooling) mom to her five children. Her youngest child, James (TGS Class of 2026), was at TGS from fourth through twelfth grade.
Sarah has been married to John, a physician, for over thirty years. For the past several years, she has been assisting in his health and wellness practice. Together, they enjoy traveling to see their kids (and grandkids) in many far-flung places. Sarah also enjoys being active at their church, St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, reading, trying new recipes, and going to the beach.
