Tamara Molyneaux
French Teacher
After growing up in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania, Tamara Molyneaux studied international languages at Grace College in Indiana, L’Université de Bourgogne in France, and the Volkshochschule Reutlingen in Germany. She also has experience teaching Spanish, English as a second language, cultural anthropology, German, drama, writing, poetry, and second and fifth grades. She joined The Geneva School faculty in 2012 to teach French and Latin. She currently teaches French to 9th–12th grade students and directs the Teacher Apprenticeship Program.
Tamara loves to read and to write and has published two books of poetry: Words of Air (2014) and Treading Air (2016), and two novels, The Back Road Home (2020) and As Wings to the Wind (2025). Tamara enjoys the luxury of year-round, beautiful Florida weather! She loves to hike, birdwatch, swim, snorkel, kayak, and bike.
