- I understand that the cost of this trip is $525 and will be billed in two equal installments of $262.50 in January and February
  
  I understand that:
  • $100 is non-refundable
  • Cancellations received before February 5 will receive a refund of payments made, reduced by expenses already incurred by the school on the participant's behalf at the time such a decision is made.
  • Cancellations received on or after February 6 will result in a loss of 100% of the trip cost.
  
  I understand that though the teaching team at The Geneva School desires that every student be able to participate in all academic endeavors and field trips, sometimes a student’s academic performance or the standing of their tuition account may preclude the student from participating. Thus, if a student is on academic probation or if their tuition account is not in good standing, the school may deny the student the opportunity to participate in the trip. If a student is denied participation in the trip for either of these reasons, any payments made will be returned, reduced by non-refundable expenses already incurred by the school on the student's behalf at the time such a decision is made.
  
  I understand that I have the option of purchasing independent travel insurance if I so desire.

- I UNDERSTAND AND HEREBY AGREE TO ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS WHICH MAY BE ENCOUNTERED ON SAID ACTIVITY, INCLUDING ACTIVITIES PRELIMINARY AND SUBSEQUENT THERETO. I do hereby agree to hold The Geneva School and its agents and employees, harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, expenses and damages on account of injury to my child or property, even injury resulting in death, which I now have or which may arise in the future in connection with the activity or participation in any other associated activities. I expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Florida and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, non-withstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. This release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital. I affirm that I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND KNOW THE CONTENTS THEREOF AND I GIVE THIS RELEASE AS MY OWN FREE ACT. This is a legally binding agreement which I have read and understand.

Non Participation/Late Decisions * Required

  I understand that if I make a late decision for my child to participate, his/her participation will be subject to availability and may incur additional expense. If there is a cost differential associated with a postponed decision, I will be made aware of that before I am required to make the financial committment.
