Archery has a special way of attracting everyone, and it offers many personal benefits:
Anyone can participate and excel in this safe Olympic‐style sport
It builds discipline, character, self‐esteem, and confidence
It improves health, fitness, focus, motor control, and learning skills
It fosters camaraderie, sportsmanship, and school spirit
TGS’s archery program participates in the Olympic Archery in Schools league (OAS) with both middle school and high school teams. No prior experience is necessary. TGS has equipment to rent for archers who do not wish to purchase their own equipment. Practices take place at the upper school on our own archery practice range.

AnnMarie Hamilton has been with The Geneva School since February of 2011. She received her BA in Studies in the Arts from Stockton University, studied at Princeton Theological Seminary’s Institute for Youth Ministry in their Certificate Program of Youth & Theology, and earned her master’s from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications. AnnMarie has experience in new media, marketing, editing, web design, and television production. She loves helping people tell stories through media, whether it be in the school’s yearbook or newspaper, through video, or online.
AnnMarie has what some may call an unusual passion for grammar and will never abandon the Oxford comma! When she’s not reading, playing board games, or enjoying outdoor activities such as camping or paddleboarding, AnnMarie can be found enthusiastically cheering on TGS teams, Orlando City Soccer, and the Tampa Bay Lightning. She is the faculty advisor for The Geneva Gazette, faculty sponsor for the dialectic dance and archery club, and she leads the class of 2020 girls discipleship group.
Inspiring students to love beauty, think deeply, and pursue Christ's calling.
