The Lady Knights softball program is about playing hungry, staying competitive, and having a great time! The coaches know the game well and understand what it takes to compete each season. They endeavor to have a competitive schedule in order that the girls and coaches are put to the test each time they step on the diamond. The coaches nurture a spirit of love and respect within the team, and together they strive toward the goal of winning and, more importantly, glorifying God through softball. The team was district champion in 2022.

Coach Jared Incinelli joined the Geneva coaching staff in 2022 as the head varsity softball coach. He is a graduate of Winter Park High School and played on the 1998 FHSAA state runner-up team. He was also a member of the 2001 team that posted one of the best records in Winter Park baseball history, going 22–4. After high school, Jared attended the University of North Florida and helped pitch his team to a runner-up finish in 2005 in the College World Series. During his career at UNF, he tallied a 7–1 record with a career 3.35 ERA (earned run average). After graduating from UNF with a finance degree, Jared signed a professional contract with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and played professional baseball for three years.
Continuing to pursue his passion, Jared began coaching youth at Winter Park Babe Ruth and coached several baseball and softball all-star teams. In 2015, he was named head coach of middle school baseball at Lake Highland Preparatory School, and his team went on to win the championship. In 2016, he became the assistant varsity coach at Trinity Preparatory School and coached several Division 1 athletes and an MLB draft pick. In 2018, he was named head varsity coach at Trinity Prep and led the team to the postseason every year.
When he’s not on the field, Coach Incinelli enjoys spending time with his wife, Christy, and their four children: Chloe (TGS Class of ’27), Ella (TGS Class of ’28), Jude, and Ansley.
